I never noticed because my explorer is always in details view, but yeah, same here. Looks like it's everyone most likely.

All you can do is report it, and hope they fix it.

Well, you appear to be using a number of extensions there.. maybe those are causing it to be centered.

BTW The (to the original poster) 1607 is Redstone 1 not TH2.

Tried turning off Qttabbar.. no effect at first, but closing and relaunching explorer without it
I get the left justified text.

So I guess a workaround is to install Quizo's Qttabbar (free).

(I use it for tabs and to colour backgrounds as I find off-white hard on the eyes).

    Without Qttabbar:

Same here, (the original QTTabBar), justified left is a little different but not a deal breaker.

Hi, I'm using Quizo's v1038, the last version I installed pre-upgrade and the current one.
    QTTabBar - QuizoApps

That's Quizo's, not the original version on SouceForge if I have that right.

In the start menu, the Qttabbar folder includes 'Explorer (safe mode)'
Launching this again gives left justified text, whereas explorer launched with Qttabbar displays tile text as we'd prefer.

If you're using the same version, the only other think I can think is it's how I've configured it.. which is to colour the background areas.
    Hope that helps.

It seems to only affect Medium and Large Icon views.

I tried the latest version, and even older ones and the problem still persists for me.
Colouring the backgrounds also does not solve it. I think your one of the lucky ones who has not been affected by this
There is obviously a bug somewhere in explorer that Microsoft have missed as it has happened to people who don't even use QTTabbar.

I think Quizo's is the original creator, the SourceForge version is just a fork that someone started when Quizo stopped developing. However he came back to the project and continued his work.
