OpenWith.exe keeps starting with Windows

Okay, so, after some malware attacked my PC months ago and I successfully got rid of it this thing still remains. Dunno why I didn't ask for help before, just was kinda lazy I guess, but now it's starting to annoy me.
Each time I log in into my user account OpenWith.exe starts up showing me options how to open a file (it doesn't say what file), if I try to open it with Notepad, it says that "%temp%\*random numbers and letters*.tmp" doesn't exist. I tried checking registry entries in Run and RunOnce both in HKLM and HKCU, no such thing there. So I think there's some leftover entry somewhere, maybe someone knows how to get rid of it?

Have you used Sysinternals' Autoruns to see if there may be an entry that stands out?
