The SSD handles that all in it's firmware. And if you have bad "sectors" in RAM, it will just crash. Windows does not move bad "sectors" of RAM to the SSD.

Bad sector replacement is done internally by the drive, not the OS. This is done with sectors the drive has set aside for the purpose. Reserving unallocated space would do nothing as the drive itself knows nothing of partitions.
