I just read on here that after 30 days when upgrading from 7 to 10 all the 7 files will be deleted, is that true? I created my 2nd drive just to upgrade so don't really care if 7 is deleted unless it creates problems.
How I actually got Win 10 to upgrade from 7 I'm not sure, it was a very frustrating process and then just happened. I'd been trying for a few months and know I pissed off some people on the Win 7 board, didn't realize they were just guys trying to help, thought they were MS employees. Sorry to those people! I got really frustrated with the whole upgrade process and update process with 7.
Is there a way to dual boot between 2 separate drives so I don't have to physically plug in one or the other drives? I have Win 7 on my main drive and 10 on another drive.
I loved XP, was a previous 98 and 95 user but loved the stability of XP. I hate smart phones because they are simply different and I get tired of trying to tweak things constantly. I just want a stable PC because that's what I have, a PC.
I mainly use my PC for internet browsing but use it for music a lot too. I haven't been able to get 10 to work very well with my Creative software yet and when I want to go back to you tube I switch back to my other 7 drive. I need the equalizer.
