Windows 10: Flashing white screen on boot
Flashing white screen on boot
This has happened to me a few times now but luckily I run Rollback Rx and can roll back to the last good snapshot.
I usually get the white flashing screen on boot when I try to install new security software, the latest culprits being Bitdefender and Avira free antivirus, whenever I install them when I go to reboot I will get my pc makers logo, then the Rollback Rx recovery console (this is normal) then back to my pc makers logo after which it normally boots into Windows but after installing the above security software after the final pc makers logo all I get is a flashing white screen, what is causing this? I have tried to google this but can't seem to come up with anything.
My System Specs:
Windows 10 Pro x64 v1511 build 10586.494
Running Security software:
Rollback Rx Pro
Fast boot and secure boot are both disabled
And yes, I do disable Windows Defender before installing another Antivirus.
Any help would be appreciated.

Screen on desktop is randomly flashing more or less reversed colors: black with white or weirdly colored text/pictures/links. Happens when moving between e-mails in desktop e-mail (Juno). It flashes the previous e-mail in black with weirdly...
Hi, I'm having an issue with most of my games. For some unknown reason the programs will flash white and say that they are not responding, this only seems to happen if I use my mouse and click on the actual window. Considering most of the games this...

Searching about the issue online, it seems that this can be caused by norton or iCloud software, or two Microsoft background services that you have to disable in MSconfig to stop the screen...
This is weird. I rebooted and the windows logo showed up but then it went to a flashing black and white screen. I rebooted a few times and the same thing.
Then I tried F8 while booting (thinking that would get me to safe mode) and it booted fine....
EDIT: I solved the issue. On the GitHub page for the program there was already a well-written tutorial on how to fix the issue. Heh.
Well, I made a big mistake. I upgraded from Windows 8 to 10 without a hitch an hour ago and kept all of my...
