Windows 10: Is the re-added Transparency setting scale-able?

25771 I just noticed some change in the Get Windows 10 app..

Have a 8.1 laptop that I added an existing W10 MS account to. The computer went thru gyrations similar to all the W10 installs, "HI" adding apps, configuring, etc and then made me verify who I am etc. The background I have on my W10 desktop...
Is there other transparency, more like what Aero used to have in Win7 ? I know it will be in the final release though, but maybe it's already and I'm not looking in the right place. 15483
