What was rattling around in this old leatherhead of mine was "it is neither frozen or liquid" but that didn't sound quite right.

I found an RTM string using Process explorer, but I don't know if it really means anything, or it's just a throw back from "the good old day's".

You know ? It kind-of looks like the correct answer is July 29th. But either way, I already took August 3rd, so you can't choose that. Moreover, you don't qualify to choose anything because you just joined and you don't have 50 posts.
