No option to disable Fast Startup

    Acer 2019 model no fast start


    I didnt have the option either and didn't know why. But powercfg -a seems to answer the ?. The firmware isn't up to snuff
    Acer 515-54G 73WC intel core i7 th gen, 12 gb DDR4 Ram,512GB PCIeNVme SSD.
    C:\WINDOWS\system32>powercfg -a

    Standby (S1)

    The system firmware does not support this standby state.

    Hibernation is not available.

    Fast Startup
    Hibernation is not available.

the windows logo comes, the circle starts. it boots fast; the next time very slow (circle goes on and on, until it starts); the next time fast; the next time very slow..... ??? this is a fresh install of windows 10 pro on a good empty...
