Sudden Booting Problem after BSOD?

    Made a bootable USB for PW Bootable CD with Rufus. Got to the wizard screen on bootup, then it errors out before I can actually run anything. :/ Link to image below (wouldn't let me attach).

    If your BIOS is UEFI, then you need to run PW as UEFI. UEFI Bootable USB Flash Drive - Create in Windows

    Did UEFI this time (I was doing a legacy boot when using the USB before), the same problem occurs still. Any other thoughts?

    I am not seeing an adequate reason behind this behavior.

    Let us see what @NavyLCDR says. He can use those tools much more better than that I do.

    I appreciate the help. This is one of the most bizarre and frustrating things I've had happen with a computer. It wouldn't be as big of a deal if I had been smart and had my files auto backing up. D:
