Sudden Booting Problem after BSOD?
Hello,
I had my laptop open (Dell XPS 9550) and wasn't using it. I noticed the screen changed so I looked over and it had a BSOD. Since that happened, I've been unable to boot it up. I've tried running chkdsk /f c:, but it now says "The type of the file system is RAW. CHKDSK is not available for RAW drives."
I've tried running Startup Repair ("Startup Repair couldn't repair your PC") and "Go back to the previous build" ("We ran into a problem and won't be able to take you back to the previous build. Try resetting your current build instead (Troubleshoot > Reset this PC)" but that option doesn't exist for me).
There are some files that I really don't want deleted. If this problem isn't fixable, I would at least like to recover them if possible.
Can anybody give me any further steps to try?
Thank you
