my Alt-Tab items stuck

I'm still hoping someone could provide me with a solution. I upgraded my hardware. I now have a brand new motherboard, CPU, graphics card, RAM, keyboard and mouse. And I still face the same issue.

I also figure that when this is about to happen, the new UWP apps stop working, like Photos, Edge and the video player. They just dont even open. I also notice that when I'm working on Photoshop or Bridge, I can see the Edge icon in my taskbar disappear. It just goes away and there is a blank space there. That is weird as fcuk.

I'm on the same boat, only started a few days ago. Seems to only by happening when trying to switch away from Google Chrome. Were you guys able to solve it?

I think I kind of have. I formatted and reinstalled Windows 10 and installed only the Adobe CC which I use mostly. It works fine.. If I install any of the video codecs to be able to play movies etc, it causes a problem. In case you have any of those installed, reinstall Windows and then see how it goes without installing the codecs.
