Because this is no newbie stuff requiring some knowledge of the topic in tutorial it was posted, I thought it could be better to post a quote from that thread instead of just a video. Tutorial: Windows 10 Image - Customize in Audit Mode with Sysprep - Windows 10 Forums

It is easy.
Something else that's easy, at least to me is the choice: do I want to (A) go trough a clean install with customizations and software installations individually on each machine, every time I need to reinstall, or (B) use less time what a clean install alone takes to deploy a fully customized Windows with all my software already installed?
It starts with really utilizing Hyper-V. I do all my deployment images in Hyper-V.
In your case, knowing you know Macrium, it would be easy to do a test on one machine:
- Make a full backup image of your host / test machine to be able to restore it if something goes unexpected
- Create a new Hyper-V vm, Generation 1 if the host / test machine is BIOS / MBR, Generation 2 if UEFI / GPT, remembering that the primary VHD on vm must be at max the same size as test machine's primary HDD or rather a bit smaller
- Install Windows 10 without key, follow the tut to boot to Audit Mode and do the customizing and software installs (remember: as Windows will be not activated when in Audit Mode, all personalization options in Settings are disabled; you need to create theme packages on another machine and then for example upload them to OneDrive and on customization vm download and apply them)
- Sysprep, use Macrium to capture the image
- Boot host / test machine with Macrium boot disk / USB, restore the image
That's it.
