Cliff, there's a beta of Office for Windows 10 on the Store (beta) that has Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Just go to Store (Beta) and search for Office and the install apps will pop right up.
Thanks Wynona, but I need something for the long run. I know I can use office online for free, but downloaded things like the Excel sheet need a desktop program, unless there is a way to direct stuff directly to my browser and office online. It would be cool if Microsoft would add that to the default choices too. Something like Open in OneDrive. I just copied the spread sheet to OneDrive then opened with Excel online but I don't think it looks so nice(presentation is A&O).Windows Videos-001.pngWindows Videos-002.pngThird one is browser view through LibreOffice

Thanks also Steve, problem with the preview it's also only for a limited time. I just have to figure out how to combine things.
I have OneNote 2013 desktop version which come with office 2013 upload center I even have a German language pack for OneNote. Also the online version of office is there. I have been using LibreOffice for about 5-6 years and it has become really compatible with Microsoft's(which incidentally I find easier to use:)). I'm just really inept at such things.

But Kari is right about to having to make changes. it is a bit more complicated. Having to delete, the note then add the updated version, where one probably actually wants to download their own list anyhow. If you look at the 3 different views I posted above, I find the 3rd one looks best.. but I'll still update the notebook every so often when there are enough new videos.

No problem, Cliff. I just was giving you a different option (I think) than the Store version. I used to use Libre Office too and got pretty familiar with it for the few things I did at that time, but I find MS Office easier to use. I don't really know why.

More options are always good:). You like Office probably, because Microsoft creates stuff to be easily used, and Open Source creates to be powerful & to do more, but usually the UI's are not so well done(literally for geeks by geeks).

I am open to any ideas to make the list more readable. Adding multiple sheets (tabs) to the workbook was made exactly for that reason.

Cliff, have you tried the Excel App from Beta Store? As far as I have understood it these apps will remain free. Office Apps - Install and Use in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums

No I haven't. I have re-imaged my Win7 onto my SSD to make the Upgrade and so, my Win 10's(plural because of different build images) are all just Macrium images on my external HDD. I had to re-image, because as you know 10 doesn't let me update or upgrade on mobile broadband and I get my Fiber Optic connection in about 2 month's after the STWB(Stadtwerke Bamberg are finished with laying cable for baMbit. So I don't have access to the beta store right now. I can try it after the upgrade because then updates will be turned on for MBB.
