Thank you Kari
A tip for better visual image of your video posts, dear fellow video geeks :).
When uploading your videos to YouTube, use an image as a custom thumbnail:
If your thumbnail image contains text, think about the YouTube title bar shown when you embed your video. Here's an example of misplaced title text in video thumbnail, the title in my thumbnail image being partly hidden under the YouTube title bar:
... and here's how the text should be positioned in your thumbnail image:
Thanks Kari, I tried this on my last vid, but it only showed a few thumbnails. I will keep playing with it.
Dude, you have to create the image first, then browse to it and select the image from your PC and upload it. I use the PowerPoint slides; when I create the text slides for the video I run the PowerPoint slideshow and make a screenshot of the first, the title slide, saving it as an image.
When uploading, I click the Custom Thumbnail button in YouTube upload page, browse to this image and select it. If you do not select a custom image from your PC, YouTube suggests one taken from your video.
Okay, I missed that part somehow I had to verify my account to allow this. I am re doing it now to test
