New video for those needing help in Crash & BSOD issues: How to use the DM Log Collector tool to get your crash dumps analyzed

I am not happy with the length of the video, I might redo this trying to keep it under four minutes. Anyway, this is what I managed to do this time.

Another: How to do the System restore from boot when Windows 10 fails to start normally.

I am extremely unsatisfied with the quality of narration, my hard Scandinavian accent can be heard really clearly in this video. Apparently some brandy is not a good tool when doing videos .

Video will be remade later, posting it here now as it is in case it could help some users already as it is. There's one mistake in narration: in 3:31 I am telling to click two times next. It's wrong, it should be "Click Next, then click Finish".

Thanks for the hard work, and for the time it took you to create the video. . .

Geeks & geekettes, I have not forgotten I promised to do a video or tut about video making this weekend. It just takes a day or two longer than I expected.

I started to make the video about it today and surprise surprise, seems that a video about video making is quite hard to make. I am not happy with the raw video I managed to capture today, I will continue tomorrow :).

Fellow geeks, I have an idea and would like to have your feedback.

Last few days I have been trying to compose an instructional video about Windows video making. I am not happy with the outcome, I will continue and try my best.

In the mean time, I have just tested the system and found a nice, easy and working way to organize an online live event. If you show any interest, we could have a live session "Ten Forums Live! Make your own Windows videos - The Basics" this weekend. I would present the free tools available, show how to start and we would make a short video together. The live session would last anything between 30 and 60 minutes, and it would allow you to interactively participate with your questions and comments (chat enabled, text and / or audio as you wish). I would also record the online meeting and post it then later here.

If you are interested, please let me know by posting in this thread. To find the best possible time (we are from around the globe and different timezones!), let me also know if you could only participate in the morning, afternoon or evening, and we could try to find a time spot suitable to as many members as possible. I'm an insomniac, I'm ready for this 24/7 so you don't have to think my timezone.

Please let me know, also if you think this is a bad idea :).

Sounds interesting. I'm 7 hours behind you, but will be available whenever you decide.

I was thinking about Saturday at 6 or 7 PM my time (CEST), it would be 11 AM or noon for you, 9 or 10 AM for the West Coast, late evening for Asia and Australia.

Let's see if there are people interested in this, posted today so that TF geeks would have a few days to think.

I would be interested, Kari. I'm US Central Time (US & Canada). As long as it's not midnight my time, I'm game. :)

My coach turns into a pumpkin and my horses turn into mice at midnight. :)
