Thanks Cliff. I thought I might as well start organizing it now when it's still easier, number of the videos being under 50, than to wait until there are lots more. Now when the basics have been done it is then easy to add categories later.

    And now, an apology:

The main reason I want to test this system where we can have a live meeting which is streamed on YouTube and automatically saved to be watched later is that when installing 10130 I forgot to backup one video folder. This folder included the Hyper-V session recording and recordings from our two first Live Chats. These recordings are forever gone, nothing can bring them back.

This made me think about alternative ways to record and save the meetings. Streaming live to YouTube seems to be the best option; for the first, the meeting can be embedded in a forums post for everyone to follow, for the second YouTube automatically records it and saves the video in my YouTube account to be watched later.

My sincere apologies for losing these recordings.

Yeah. I was stupid, saving those recordings in a folder which was not synced to OneDrive.

That's why we tested a new system yesterday with a few video geeks, apart of audio levels (which I have now fixed for the future recordings) it went quite well and showed the system works. The test chat yesterday could be watched live here at Ten Forums with time shift feature and was automatically recorded, being now on my YouTube account.

The test chat from yesterday, in this video the audio levels are screwed, my mic recording level being at 100% and the speaker output at 40% which causes my voice being annoyingly loud compared to others. As I mentioned above, this is now fixed and the levels will be equal in future recordings:

I do not recommend watching the video, though! The audio is really screwed and I had not enough "beverages" to speak "soft and understandable" English .

Nice, Steve, but why would I want to create a small memory dump? You didn't tell me. Also, wouldn't it be better to create the Mini Dump folder and then give the mem dump the path?

Wynonna, usually the only reason you would be concerned with that is if you posted in a BSOD thread. We often give instructions to people to do that when they have no dump files.

All right, but I'm going to be nit-picky here . . . If I'm a novice (and I am to this kind of thing), and you give me instructions on how to do it without telling me why, I may just jump in and do it. Would I get into trouble?

And now, speaking of memory, all of my HPs are giving me memory errors when I shut down Build 10130. The error is: 0x00007FF94A95CC60 for this desktop and 0x00007FFDBDB6CC60. Last night, when I shut down the desktop, I was given a different number with the 0x0000 and CC60 being unchanged while the 7FF04A95 had changed.

Would this be a place where I would use the memory dump? And if so, what would it do?

Wynona, there are videos and tutorials that are not usually needed in any other case than for instance in trying to resolve a BSOD or crash issue, in which case it is good to have instructions available. Take this video in question, it's good to have it when some from the BSOD squad tells the OP to enable dumps asking to check the video for instructions.

Not every tut or video needs to be understood by everyone out of its context.
