Create a Visitor account with very limited privileges in Windows 10, similar to the Guest account which was available in previous versions of Windows. A Visitor account is a local account for users who don't have a permanent account on your computer or domain. It allows a user to access your computer without having access to your personal files. Users signed in to the Visitor account cannot install applications, open Windows Store apps, install hardware, or change Settings.
The Guest account as we know it from earlier versions of Windows can no longer be enabled in Windows 10, but you can get past this by manually adding a Visitor account.
