Don't Show Running Appps in Taskbar

Taskbar Properties doesn't have a way to not show running apps in the Taskbar. Is there a way to make them not show?

Some programs/applications have settings to 'minimize to the system tray', if not, you'll need a 3rd party program such as "TrayIt".
