File Explorer shuts down by itself

    File Explorer shuts down by itself


    When I open File Explorer it immediately shuts down. Then I need to reopen it 1 or 2 times & then it is okay. Hope someone can help.

    Hello,

    1. Please check your reliability history (type 'reli' in your Cortana search bar).
    Check the reports against the x's and look for those corresponding to the time of explorer crashes.
    (You may find it helpful to observe explorer crash and note the time).

    Post the report.

    2. Does this happen in
    a. Safe Mode?
    b. After a clean boot?
