@Maxiter, okay. It was just a thought.
Somehow, Windows site now lets me download tech bench file. While downloading I tried to use Image_Health, option 3, used Source Install.esd. Result wasn't surprising, no source found. Tried recommended option by I_H, that is "Mount the Windows Image as the Repair Source".
Seems like it finished. Now doing sfc /scannow. Will post if it worked or not.
That's log after using Image_Health with esd. Sfc /scannow commented that some files couldn't be repaired. Using Image_Health with .wim provided by tech bench version of image.
You need to run Image Health after it has downloaded, if you do it while downloading there is of course no source
I used esd I had downloaded earlier from microsoft site. I'm not dumb. :P Well, I_H just finished work with Tech Bench .wim. Time to restart and sfc scan.
Not every file got repaired by esd. Tried wim. SFC scan after .wim repair is still in process. Will add log after it's finished. Will also try to reproduce freeze.
Seems like the only problems sfc /scannow detected are:
If problem with freezes persist, I'll write. If it's over with it, I'll mark as solved. Thank you!2016-06-01 17:53:58, Info CSI 00002559 [SR] Beginning Verify and Repair transaction

Sorry for triple post, but it seems that the problem came to an end. I've been listening to music for over 1,5hr and only two freezes occured. One that lasted around 1 second, another one lasted less than 15 seconds. After that (they happened around 20-30 minutes after started listening to music) nothing else occured. Thread can be closed! Thank you very much, @axe0
