    weirdly corrupted os

Ok so the biggest problem I have here is that after restarting the pc (the restart takes around 20mins btw, I've timed it, it's just stuck on the restart screen for 20mins before doing it), I log on to my account(it also takes a minute or 2 for this, that's when I know it's not good) and I get this.

    weirdly corrupted os-wp_20160519_01_13_29_pro.jpg

I can't do anything except open task manager. With task manager I opened cmd and used sfc and dism. Sfc didn't find any integrity violations and dism checkhealth and scanhealth didn't find any problems. System restore works but doesn't change anything so it's pointless.

Only with a long chkdsk does it go back to normal, but normal also has problems

    -recycle bin doesn't open
-certain programs instantly stop responding (can't even install league of legends)
-certain operations take way longer than they should (simple skype update took an hour)
-when I boot from cd with a windows 10 repair disc made with media creation tool on another laptop(because it doesn't work on my pc) the screen just stays purple with a movable mouse, nothing loads
-reset this pc doesn't work in windows
-can't seem to get to troubleshoot anything

I'd list more, but my dumb pc has been trying to restart for the past 20mins or so.

The worst part is, I get the black screen up there again after another restart or 2 of fixing it with chkdsk. Everything was fine for almost a year since getting w10, and then this happens. I'm guessing my unhealthy force restarts might have contributed to it, but I can't really afford a hard reset right now I hope someone here can help me.

Edit: I just tried the restart 3 times for advanced boot menu but after the third time I get the 'preparing automatic repair' and then a few secs later it's just a black screen with a movable mouse. It's like this pc has closed off every possible way to help itself and lost all hope and it's just so freaking frustrating.

Sounds like the hard drive might be going bad.

Now this is concerning, since booting from media loads into RAM, regardless of HDD. AT first, you should check RAM.
The best thing would be to use USB with linux, lets say Kubuntu, it also includes Memtest86 and see, if you can boot.
If you manage to boot linux, format the HDD completely, all partitions, there might be a virus damaging boot involved.
