need help

    need help


    since 2 month ago my PC always have problems after installed new windows.
    for example:
    1 click right mouse on tab bar and select Task Manager noting open.
    2 type any functions cmd and (regedit, msconfig, ...) on W+R nothing open.
    3 can't install or run program by Temporary file. for here i can't install all winrar because it will extract to Temporary folder
    4 some icon double click mouse it no event, but right click and select run Administrator then it started programs (ok)
    ...............
    i tried with all above problems, i have install windows 7, 8, 10 many many time it all have found problems that said after install no longer time
    how clear it, please help me. thanks

    Hi OOJ and welcome to Tenforums.
    You might want to do a repair install using an in-place upgrade.
    Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade - Windows 10 Forums
    I would download the ISO from MSTechBench to your desktop, right-click it and select MOUNT, then run setup.exe to do the repair install. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
