    Okay I guess the "Allow computer to turn off this device to save power" option fixed my problem.
    Since I disabled it (a week ago) my PC doesn't restart anymore.
    Thank you very much, I'm marking this thread as solved.

    I read the message about it "definitely being the power saving feature" and thought to myself yeah right. I went through device manager and turned it off on every device possible and to my surprise it looks like it has actually fixed the problem. +1 to this being a solution to random restarts. I also updated the BIOS to the latest available then factory reset the BIOS and made sure every driver on the machine was up to date (Audio, Video, Intel Chipset, Intel Management) which a couple of them were from 2016 and latest was 2018. After these changes it has been smooth sailing (so far, 12hrs isn't a sure-thing but it used to reboot every half hr or so).
