I agree with Deacon Frost - there's nothing in startup that can't be disabled.
cCleaner SkipUAC is nice to have so you don't have to answer the UAC dialog box

    Flash is different on Win8 / Win10.
Flash Plugin - Keep it up to date and troubleshoot problems | Firefox Help

    Installing or updating Flash
The Flash plugin automatically updates itself by default. If Mozilla's Plugin Check page or Adobe's test page says that Flash is outdated and you don't want to wait for the automatic update, you can update Flash manually by downloading and installing the latest version from Adobe.

Getting back to the issue, please check the following settings:

What browser is set as the default browser?
--> Make sure set defaults shows Firefox

What is the home page for that browser?
--> Test: configure browser to use blank page or new tab
I understand, but the system still has IE on it. And if there is a zero-day exploit they release a patch for out-of-cycle, it's quite possible the updater will grab it before Windows Update does. Better safe than sorry. It's negligible load on the system.

Okay good. Please see if there is anything in this location as well.

Type %appdata% in the search box and select the folder; navigate to this position and let's see what's there.

Okay, from there please go to Microsoft>Windows>Start Menu>Programs>Startup
That's where we need to be.

From this folder you have in the screenshot, scroll down to the Microsoft folder, double-click on it, then find Windows, double-click on that folder, then find Start Menu, double-click on that folder, then find Programs, double-click on that folder, then Startup. You may have to select to show hidden files:

So the complete path would be

    C:\Users\Arcadian\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
