The standard admin account that Windows creates for the first user account setup is a member of the administrators group. It still subject to UAC prompts etc as a safety net. You can set programs to run as administrator to save the extra click.

The text looks like it's been scaled or cleartype has been turned off, type "cleartype" into cortana and it should come up with adjust cleartype text (not sure if it will be called that in the French version), see if the cleartype checkbox has been ticked, if that isn't the issue, then right click your desktop and go to personalize, on the left at the bottom will be a "display" (again translated version might be different) option, select that and see if your screen is being scaled, you can make adjustments here for specific parts of your scaling to suit your needs.

Just like Win7 or Win8, you can enable the built in 'full' administrator account in Win10. Just open a command prompt and type in:

    net user administrator /active:yes

make sure to disable it when finished, or assign a good password to it, if you leave it enabled...
