I don't read German, but I did find something in a Google cached page of EMSISoft anti-malware, and I can see that they say it is "not trusted":

So, it appears to be a Dynamic Link Library file possibly left over after cleaning an infection out of the computer? Perhaps you need to run more anti-malware scans to finish cleaning up? You could try ADWCleaner for starters.
