OK. See if you can do these.....................
If you click at the Power icon at bottom right, you will see a Restart option. Yes ?
Assuming that is a "yes".
Press the SHIFT key and HOLD it > click the Power icon > click Restart > click "Restart anyway" if you were asked to confirm the action > wait > click Troubleshoot ..................
You now have 2 choices :
(A.) select Reset this PC. By doing that, you can only keep your files and nothing else. You will be resetting your system back to day one after you have installed Windows 10.
(B). select Advanced options > select System Restore > pick a date that is at least 1 week ago when your computer was running OK. Use that date as your restore point.
(c). If you do system image backup regularly, you can choose that option and do a system image restore.
