FYI, just because a component is new doesn't mean it isn't the problem.

Voltages can be too high or too low, this gives either too much power or not enough causing the components to not function proper.

The only way to check a motherboard properly is to replace it.

Replacing a driver or reinstalling one doesn't rule out bugs, only corrupted onces.

The registry is the database of Windows, if something goes wrong it can cause the system to not boot at all depending on what is wrong. Without the registry Windows can't boot as Windows wouldn't know what to do or where to start.
Depending on the corruption registry corruption can cause so many problems.

I used driver booster just a few days ago to check is drivers up to date. Problem with freezing appeared month earlier.
Doesn't matter, driver update programs, in my experience, only make things worse!

In the BIOS lookup and the 3.3v, 5v and 12v values and post them in your next reply.

With the registry it can be due to some reasons so we'll have to do some diagnostics tests.

    Diagnostics Test

     System File Check

    Please try following:
    • Open an admin command prompt
    • Copy/paste "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore&DISM /Online Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth&sfc/scannow&DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth" (without quotes) and press enter
    • When it finished reboot your system
    • Open again an admin command prompt
    • Enter sfc/scannow again

If sfc/scannow says "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them" after the second SFC, please upload the cbs.log file located at %systemroot%\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.
NOTE: this could take up to a few hours and sometimes may look like it is freezing, just let it run and do not open anything or use anything else to decrease the change of a random system freeze + make sure as less as possible is connected while this is going.

Make a screenshot of command prompt when this is finished and post it.

    Diagnostics Test

     HDD TEST

Run SeaTools to check the integrity of your HDD. SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use - Windows 7 Help Forums
    Run following tests
    1. Short Drive Self Test
    2. Short generic
    3. Long generic

If the short generic fails, no need for the long generic.
    Note   Note
Do not run SeaTools on an SSD as the results will be invalid.

Post screenshots/photos of the test results

    Run chkdsk
Disk Check - Windows 7 Help Forums

    Run HDTune to
    • scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
    • check the health,
    • benchmark.

It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
Let me know what the results are
    • of the error scan,
    • make a screenshot of the health of every hard drive and post the screenshots,
    • post screenshots with the benchmark of the
      • transfer rate,
      • access time,
      • burst rate,
      • cpu usage.

Best is to make screenshots/photos of these test results too.

Well i think i already said that i did all possbile stuff like chkdsk and dism/sfc. Can say for sure chkdsk wont find any erros since i did alot of tests with it.

    DISM/SFC screen
    ( i think it should be: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore&DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth&sfc/scannow&DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth. u forgot "/"? xP)

Soo Next ones Health status here is the question, Second disk have "warn" status but i have no idea what those lines mean.

About Sea Tools. Already did scan day ago, Health status there was ok and Quick Test Passed without any issues.

Now Making scan of errors in HD Tune. Will post result in next message when test will pass. But i have a question, those health status.. hmm meants smth right?

PS: Tried to swap GPU's, Disconnected all USB devices. Still got freeze in 1h.

Reallocated Event Count = amount of attempts to mark bad sectors as 'reallocated' so the system won't use it anymore.
Interface CRC Error Count = amount of communication errors between the southbridge and the hard drive, this is one you can ignore as long as it doesn't increase.
Reallocated Sector Count = amount of 'reallocated' sectors due to read/write/verification errors, the higher the count the more the hard drive had to 'reallocate', if this amount increases the performance of the hard drive will drop as it has to search more and more for proper sectors and eventually it leads to a hard drive giving more and more problems though that is in 1 of the worst situations like corrupt data or BSODs which won't happen for a long time normally.

I see.... So for now should i ignore this?
Also did u saw first Benchmark screenshot, as i can notice "a little yellow dots" are separated so much in compare to other benchmarks, does it means anything?

    Yes.

For each time you see the transfer changing the time it took to access the data is shown as yellow dots, it is the measured access time, the access time at the right side of HDTune is the average access time.

Thanks, but here is one question. Problem happens only if i do stuff in some programs like Visual C++ Studio, for example running Word/Exel will never case freeze. Also in some games, but not all of them too (for example Final Fantasy XiV/XII never case freeze, but BlackDesert, Mirros Edge Catalyst and some others will give me freeze in 10m-2hours thats for sure. Timing for freeze always different. It's gonna be almost impossible to get freeze wihout doing smth in programs or games. Also if PC works in "idle" mode, it can work for forever. No freeze will happen until i will start doing smth.

But i will try to do some parts of that guide.
