    I somehow missed this post.

    WerFault.exe is the windows error reporting mechanism. And the explanation ....
    Code:
    The instruction at 0x0000000068E468C6 referenced memory at 0x0000000000000214
    .... is a common one; it does not contain any specific information.

    We need a starting point. Please let us see a report following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions . The files generated by the process will give a closer look at the system and will give us a primary idea about what is going on there.

    Sorry for the unwanted delay in the response. And thanks for the reminder.

    Thanks for responding! I couldn't put the folder here so here's the download link.
    MEGA
    Also, programs don't show the error and work normally sometimes if I run it as an administrator. But I can't run all programs as administrator. Some background processes also show the error but I can't run all of the background processes in administrator as some may start up with my system.
    Thanks

    Almost 90% of the error logs say ....
    Code:
      Description:
    The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
    {C2F03A33-21F5-47FA-B4BB-156362A2F239}
     and APPID
    {316CDED5-E4AE-4B15-9113-7055D84DCC97}
     to the user MATTHEWS-PC\New SID (S-1-5-21-2307320562-4246861974-2411864927-1000) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_1.6.1.52_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy SID (S-1-15-2-1861897761-1695161497-2927542615-642690995-327840285-2659745135-2630312742). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.
    Do you have adequate experience with Regisry editing and DCOM Config editing? If you have, you may read this guide, it wil give you some idea as to what to do here.

    But if you dont have, better you dont touch it because registry editing may cause more bad than good in inexperienced hands.

    The safest way to deal with this issue is to perform a clean install and to activate it legitimately.
