Randomly freezing, unresponsive. explorer.exe app hang?

    I had 2 users originally. The first one (user created when installed) is the one having the problem. The 2nd one which was created days after the first one, seems to be fine. After your suggestion, I created another, and it also has the same problem.

    Is the 2nd one also an admin account ?

    Logon to the 2nd admin account > use it to create a 3rd admin account.
    Logon to the 3rd admin account and see if you have the same problems.

    its ok to right click on the task bar then go to task maneger locate windows explorer and at the bottom of the window is end task

    I've done that. It stops for a few minutes then the problem persists. Same thing indicated in event viewer

    Restarting explorer.exe or creating a 3rd admin account ?

    I just created a 3rd account via the 2nd account and it seems to be working fine

    Great.
    Use the 3rd admin account for a few days. If no issues after that, go back to admin #1 > backup files you want to keep > delete admin #1.

    Looks like you have saved the trouble and time of doing repair install.
