Windows 10 wont sleep automatically

    I had all of my laptop computers sleeping properly using the powercfg commands for years I think. Now I notice one is not sleeping any more, seems ever since it upgraded to 1803. Display won't even power off reliably either. Talk about wasting battery. MS sure tries my patience.

    That is how I came across this thread. I cannot get my computer to sleep for anything. Around the same time that 1803 came out, I installed a new 1TB SSD boot drive, cloning my old drive to the new one. Everything worked, but it wouldn't go to sleep anymore. I am not sure if it was the 1803 update or my cloned drive. I REALLY don't want to go through another re-installation....
