Windows 10: How to switch fn toggle WITHOUT bios
How to switch fn toggle WITHOUT bios
My BIOS doesn't have a option to switch between hold fn+f1-12 and I don't have a OEM windows I have retail Windows 10. It's very annoying to press fn+f4 etc to switch volume, brightness, wifi etc I want to just press the f4 alone etc. So is there A way without using the BIOS to make this happen?
Also I have a custom PC
Cyberpower fangbook pro 3
Can't find a manual and only pic I can find of your keyboard F row leads me to the guess that you can toggle the mode by depressing Fn+F1. On my Dell, the mode is toggled by depressing Fn+Esc - there is a little lock symbol on my Esc key. If Fn+F1 doesn't work, is there any symbol on F keys that resemble my lock or something else that you can try by process of elimination?
I tried every combination in the book. Nothing works. And as I heard you simply can't with this PC. Just a rumor.

Is it possible to create a clickable shortcut to toggle Bluetooth on/off? I can never seem to remember the WinKey mantras and have to look them up every time.
In Win10 instead of a brightness slider like in 8.1 there is a toggle on the action center that allows 25/50/75/100%. I'm wondering if there is a way to change the toggle options or to at least add a 0% for screen brightness to that toggle?
