Mouse pointer lags and videos lagging

    Did you solved this problem? I have this issue too, and don't know what to do next...I'm running out of ideas. I noticed stuttering about a week ago. Maybe it has something with Windows update. Tried with different versions of Nvidia graphic drivers, and I always get the same result, stuttering. It happens randomly, pc is working normal for about half an hour or more....and suddenly mouse pointer and video starts to stutter when I watch youtube or something.

Hello, I'm experiencing this issue on Windows 10. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2908279 When moving the mouse over games it lags, low fps, stuttering. The article however is for 8.1 not Windows 10.
I got the Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse. Every 5 minutes it lags and the lagging lasts for 20 secs, which is annoying as hell. How do I fix this?
