Starter account these days is back to the old 5GB. It was 15 a couple of years back, but that has changed.

I started back when it was 15GB. This is my current.
That must be very recent. I created a new Microsoft account for my personal laptop in Dec, and I am at 15 GB free.
Thank you for the infomation. I needed to know about this also. Just got done setting this up.
I just got another email from OneDrive. Got a similar one, months ago but nothing was changed on my 15gb + 15gb Camera Roll bonus = 30gb storage. Hope the same happens come Aug but I've prioritized file deletions before they do it for me, just in case.
Changes to OneDrive We want to let you know about some upcoming changes to OneDrive. On 7/13/2016, the amount of storage that comes with OneDrive will change from 15 GB to 5 GB. We are also discontinuing the 15 GB camera roll bonus. You can learn more at our FAQ. There is no action you need to take, because your OneDrive account is currently below the new storage limits.
