I do not think so but I am having memory issues. Is there a way for me to check to see if I am?

You could test trying to download the file while in InPrivate Browsing for IE11.
Internet Explorer InPrivate Browsing - Turn On - Windows 7 Help Forums
I do not have IE on my task bar. I've been using chrome since I read and article noting that is it the most hacked browser. I can not figure how to get it on to the task bar. I took quite awhile to just get it open. Dang, I in inadvertently closed it will try to figure out how I got it open before.
I have to go out. I can not find even find Internet Explorer in Apps & Features. I had it open but could not remember/figure out how to then pin it to the task bar.
O well looks like you have given up and I do not blame you this old fart has just lost too much memory. I get further test on Friday maybe than can figure out something, I hope...
I just notice you reply while i finished my previous post, I'll use what you just posted.
That would be the Win+X Quick Links menu instead.
You can press the Windows key to open the Start menu to see the all apps list on the left side. :)
All apps in Start menu - Open and Use in Windows 10
That is the menu that is accessed by right-clicking the Start button [the symbol of the Start button is the same as the Windows key on the keyboard]. Left clicking the Start button will have scrollable list of programs, IE11 is in the W section and Windows Accessories. As mentioned by Brink it's subject to how one works with the Start button, everything is on there somewhere.
