    Just can't stop facepalming...

Sometimes I just don't know whether to laugh or cry...

    Ethernet settings window

Apparently they decided to "redesign" the dimensions of the background highlighting that appears when you hover your mouse button over the network name. The changed the proportions of the new one. But they never managed to remove the old one (!). Now, when you aim your mouse at specific network in the list, two highlights appear at the same time.

Groan... Is there any, just any form of regression testing at Microsoft? Do the even bother anymore?

100% reproducible on all Windows 10 Pro x64 machines I could get my hands on. The effect is specific to Ethernet settings. It is not present in WiFi network list.

I get it too. Windows 10 Home 64. Doesn't do it on Wifi or much else (granted I didn't try EVERYTHING).

I don't see what the big deal is

It happens in both my 32 and 64 bit Pro computers

I may be missing something, but I don't see an issue or anything to "facepalm" over. Functionality is there, right? Besides, I like the double shadow look.

Every operating system and it's millions and millions of lines of code will have small issues. Seems like a trivial thing to complain about.
