    I can't download anything


    I can't download anything and it is making me angry. I have windows 10. I tried disabling my anti-virus and firewall and it is not working.

    Windows SmartScreen Settings - Change in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums

    I can think only about smartscreen or IE's restriction. Try to disable them or download this file an run it as admin.

    I called the company, and they say I won't be able to download a windows 10 friendly version of the software. Apparently you don't support it. I was trying to download htc sync manager. This really makes me angry. This windows 10 download is nothing but trouble. I keep having different kinds of problems. I can't find things easily, it's a mess. I hate it.
