    Start Menu Issue.


    Hi, I have been searching for a solution for this issue. I have checked on the Ten Forums, google, and asked friends. No on seems to have the answer unless I am not using the right keywords. I have updated to 10 from 8.1 as well as clean install. Each time this issues comes up. Attached is a picture that i get after a while and not sure what causes it. I thought it was from gaming, but this current picture I have not gamed in more than 24 hours since starting the computer. I do have a shortcut to restart windows explore every time this happens as a temporary solution. I permanent solution or even a cause would be nice.

    If this post was placed in wrong area, please place it in the correct one.
