Where can I find a download site so I can use .WIM?
These are websites for free iso typically in wim format:

Windows Download - #1 Windows ISO Download Source
Microsoft Windows and Office ISO Download Tool
    TechBench by WZT (v4.1.1)

The Microsoft website typically has iso available for two builds. Currently 1903 and 1809.

Thank you. If I convert from .ESD to .WIM, will my data and system be altered?
If all remains the same I will convert and create a .Wim tool only but if the system is changed I will create the .WIM tool. to perform a clean install later.

    See this link:
Use DISM to Repair Windows 10 Image

    steps 6 and 7
    6. To Use DISM /RestoreHealth /Source:wim Command
    7. To Use DISM /RestoreHealth /Source:esd Command

Either wim or esd can be used as needed for common commands.

I must be making an error. I have tried all these suggestions to find an alternative to the MCT so I can create a stick for Windows 10 pro 1903 but they all seem to be earlier than the 1903 release date.
    What am I doing wrong?
I was trying to find the up to date ISO file then use Rufus to create an installation stick to replace the .ESD I have with a .Wim version. Then, use a CMD prompt to convert my OS from .ESD to .WIM if my files were not altered in the process.
