    have you disabled the 2 MRT.exe tasks ?

    i have noticed with autorun that i have 2 tasks that run mrt.exe Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool

    i have disabled them

    do you have them ?

    2? Can you show me which, maybe I have overlooked it? I have only 1 and I have also disabled it in Windows Updates.

    schtasks /Change /TN "Microsoft\Windows\RemovalTools\MRT_HB" /Disable
    reg add "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\MRT" /v DontOfferThroughWUAU /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
