Is it possible to display and select Win10 apps on tablet?

I would like to know if it is possible to display favorite programs I use frequently on Windows 10 to my tablet. I have a 4 monitor setup and would like to display the Start Menu on my tablet as partial control of PC. I do not want to clone a display. I do not want to use "tablet mode" either. Just want to be able to open Windows 10 apps and or programs from tablet and displayed on my main PC display.

Teamviewer would be about the closest thing I can think of:

There is also this, have never tried it myself, though:
Turn iPhone/iPad and Android into wireless mouse/trackpad and keyboard with Remote Mouse(Mobile/Trackpad) App!
