Takes long time to startup when logged in for the first time

These issues should have been fixed with the Anniversary update. I installed Windows Server 2008 to do some testing with connecting Windows 10 computers to a domain.

Windows 10 10586.418, it took 3 minutes to login. Second login took 6 seconds.

Windows 10 14393.82, First login with new user, 45 seconds to a minute.
Second login, 2 seconds

However, when I reboot, the user account is still saved on the client machine, and only takes maybe 8 to 13 seconds to login after reboot, so I'm unsure why teacher workstations keep on having the new user issue, unless every reboot, all users are wiped from the system, and recreated during login, but the only program I know that does that is deep freeze. But as I've been told in this thread, that's not the case, so I'm unsure why these issues are happening.

This also comes to the instance, "Always test before you deploy". When I was the assistant tech director at the school I worked at, back in 2007, I deployed 12 Windows Vista Machines out to teachers and students. We used Novell as our login server, and used Server 2003 for the other servers. Novell had software for Vista, but it did not work correctly in our configuration, as Windows Vista always took 2 minutes at first boot, to see any of the networks. Well, this annoyed many teachers because they couldn't get started in a timely fashion, so when I went to work early, I had to boot these machines up before the teachers for there so they were ready to go. Unfortunately, they wanted to go back to XP, so I had to reinstall Windows XP and they didn't have those issues anymore. Although the networking issues were fixed in Service Pack 1, but we ended up skipping Vista all together, and waited for Windows 7. I got laid off, but every system was upgraded to Windows 7 and they were all wonderful and had no problems in 2011.

I have the same problem using my new Guest LID!

screen appears! It spins on 'welcome' for about 20-30 seconds, goes
to a completely black screen (except for the mouse pointer) for
another 50 seconds or so, then the background screen appears.
This occurs EVERY TIME I logoff and re-logon to it. But, after I
logon to it, if I just do a FUS without logging off, then, when I
FUS back to it, it comes back within 10-15 seconds.

This problem does NOT happen on Win7. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!

I will say, tho, that, lately, the black screen now hangs for only
about 10 seconds, so that doesn't seem as bad as it once was.

I have the same problem using my new Guest LID!

Update:
Me (as volunteer) and the company worked hard improving Win10 images and scripts and it really improved the performance and reduced first login time. Also the infinite friendly message bug are gone.
