Neither do I.. It's far from a priority issue for MS.

If you throw the suggestion into your waste paper basket, you have a better chance to get it fixed. In 30 years of operating system development I have never read a user suggestion - although there were boxes full of them.

That doesn't surprise me and I'm not being facetious at all. I know how many complaints can surface from a small business and can't even imagine how it would be with a company like MS. I also never do surveys for the same reason. In my mind they are just "feel good" items for the consumer.

Most surveys are just attempts to get your postal/email addresses. Then they can bombard you with junk mail.
