looking for a couple of tweaks for windows 10 free version

Either a cmd file or registry tweak to:-

    1) enable and disable UAC. In Gpedit.msc it is near the bottom and says use Administrator setting for all admin prompts or something and has to be set to disable to turn UAC off and enable
to turn UAC on. A system restart is always required. I need to do this with one click if possible, because I have
to turn off UAC every day to run my Dlink Camview security software.

    2) I always uncheck the box in screensaver properties to on resume display logon screen. If there is a checkmark there it will require a password if there is no checkmark there it will go straight to the desktop. When I'm around I like to turn this off and when I'm gone I like to turn this on. I have a screensaver properties shortcut, but all the previous tweaks for previous versions of windows neither make a checkmark appear, or make the checkmark disappear. Since I do this so often, I'd like to do it with one click, via a registry tweak if possible, but none of the ones I've tried (for previous operating systems), works, so I'd like to know which Windows 10 registry key reflects a 1 when there is a checkmark in this properies screen, and which registry key shows a 0 when there is no checkmark in this screen so I could toggle it back and forth with one click.

    Thanks for reading this paj692

UAC self learns. It is there to protect the OS from bad user habits. There is also the other layer that also protects the OS from bad user habits that is not UAC. Microsoft has gotten to the point with Windows 10, that if UAC is disabled and a software needs that okay, the OS will not even let the software to run until UAC is enabled.

If you are using software from D-Link and it is throwing up a UAC warning. That means that Dlink needs to get with Microsoft and find out why Windows 10 is doing that. As long as it is properly signed and trusted, it should not be throwing up the UAC screen.

Blue Iris is a better program for DVR recording. If all that you are doing is checking on the go, then use something like Livecams Pro on your phone. I use it on my iPhone for the two cameras we have for our house, which are only live view, not recorded.

This issue that you are having, has been a long ongoing argument about D-Link not making their software compatible with Windows. See the D-Link forums about this. Before 2008 that I can tell, that users have been complaining about D-Link not correcting their problem.
