MOM.implementation Error

On boot-up, I have within the last few days started getting the message ...


“Could not load file or assembly MOM.implementation or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.”


What does this message mean? What am I supposed to do about it?

I don't see any other thread speaking directly about how to get rid of MOM. Implementation error?
