    Same here, I would think it would be saved in C:\Users\ your username\desktop. I don't normally save anything to my desktop. I have it set to hide the Icons. I have some custom shortcuts there, but only so I can pin them to my taskbar and start menu. My user folders are all moved to my Data drive.

    I just noticed, refresh is needed also in other locations on other things too. Like I was in "Downloads" folder & working in MKVmerge software, converting avi to mkv & extracting converted file in the same location (Downloads folder) & when it finished, it didn't show extracted file until I didn't refresh. This sucks! I have to refresh folders & desktop to see new files...
