Canīt change flicks settings (these settings are managed by admin)

    Hello there

I just installed Win 10 upgrade from Windows 7 on my computer and I am having some problems to modify system settings regarding pen and touch, specially "Flicks" settings, that I need to disable to have a better performance using a Wacom tablet.

When I go to Pen and Touch>Flicks Windows says I canīt change settings since those are managed by the OS admin, but my profile has admin rights....

So, I decided to enable the Administrator account, to see if using it would fix the issue, but the Administrator account still shows the same problem, with the OS giving the same message.

I even went to settings to restore the PC to default to see if it was not some installation error, but the problem still persists, since even after restoring Windows with no apps installed the OS still gives me the same message.

I saw some people having issues related with that message when trying to change Windows Update settings, and they were able to use a workaround with group policy settings so they could do whatever they need with group policy editor, but I didn't find anything related to the Flick settings there, and even so, I prefer a solution that fix / allows me to make changes on settings, specially those related to pen and touch stuff, that are my really new trouble using Windows 10.

So anyone has any idea how to fix this or at least a way that I can disable everything in Flicks with gpedit ?

    Tks

I am having this same exact issue. I haven't found a solution anywhere. I've done the same steps you have as well. I'm running Windows 10 Pro and still no luck. Did you ever find a solution?
