    I'm in college teacher wants us to send him the w10 EULA image agreement terms. How I can find it also from others windows

    Right-click
    select system
    Go down the page to
    "Read the Microsoft Software License Terms"
    click, and read the EULA

    Sorry - I Just tried this and on the current version I'm using I got linked to a stub, so I'm pulling this answer

    This works on current public build 10586.102 ver 1511:

    Start, Settings, System.
    Click About at bottom left then click on Read the Microsoft Software License Terms.
