    Windows 10 start menu customizing?

I like the new start menu however I don't like that we can not customize the ICONS used on the start menu. Does anyone know a way to make windows shortcut icons at least use the full shortcut size. See how the non-windows store icons are just horrible. Obly used to work for windows 8 but not on windows 10.

Also I was reading that you can widen the window beyond this? I tried to drag icon, and the edge of the menu but it doesn't work like the old versions.

    Hello Glenn.

You're right about OBLYTILE with desktop start menu tiles, ... agree it's not working normally on the desktop ... don't know how to solve your problem.

You CAN use OBLYTILE normally if you switch to the start screen.

Glenn, switching to the resizable menu makes oblytile work normally on the desktop.
Create a tile, it goes to all apps, then from all apps, pin that to the start menu.

    Hope this helps.
