W10 Home x64: Default Lock Screen - language changed

Windows 10 Home x64 Dutch version / from upgrade Windows 7 Home Premium x64 (pre-installed on PC)
Keyboard:: US International (English / QWERTY)
    Language: Dutch (homelanguage)

When PC starts up the Default Lock screen at Start Up with Secure Sign-in enabled
appears. In the lower left corner of the screen appears : TIME, day & date.

In my area, time-zone, country (the Netherlands):
TIME, day & data appear in: < Dutch >
This was properly displayed in Dutch.

I did not change or define other languages.

After a start-up of the PC the TIME, day & date appear in < English >.
This happens now after each PC Start-Up of Windows 10 Home x64.

    Questions:
Is it possible to reset the Englisch language (example: 20:00 Sunday, february 7)
to Dutch (example: 20:00 Zondag, 7 februari) ? How to fix this ?

What could have changed this setting ? (I have no idea).

The display of time & date in the taskbar is correct.
Keyboard: US Int. QWERTY / Country: NLD.
Within programs time & date is correct too.

It is just the first Start-Up screen, with Time, day and date info.
When this screen disappears the login screen to W10 appears.

    Thanks for your response.

    Windows 10 Home 32-bit

Log on, goto start menu, click settings, click personalize, it is there (I think)
P.S. It is not Win10HomePremium it will be Home because there is Enterprise, Pro and Home.

    Hi there

Change these settings (At least these work in W10 Pro).

Get control panel via right mouse click on Windows start button or Win + X key -->Language.

Then next time you logon (Re-boot) you'll see the lock screen etc in Dutch or your chosen language.

    Thanks fot your response.

You are right, my version is: Windows 10 Home x64.
I corrected this in the subject line of this topic. (thanks).

The settings are OK in Dutch. Nothing is changed.
This is how it should work.
However the Default Lockscreen after StartUp of the PC stays: English.

    The problem is not solved.

    Thanks for your response.
In Windows 10 Home, the screen you refer to, looks different and has less options.
I can change region, time (manual, automatic) and add/remove keyboard (languages) as well as input languages.
    This is: Timezone: Amsterdam (OK)
    Language: Dutch (OK)
Keyboard layout: US International (English) QWERTY (OK).

    The problem is not solved.

When PC starts up the Default Lock screen at Start Up with Secure Sign-in enabled
appears. In the lower left corner of the screen appears : TIME, day & date.

In my area, time-zone, country (the Netherlands):
TIME, day & data appear in: < Dutch >
This was properly displayed in < Dutch >

However - untill now - the Default Lock screen at Start Up screen
displays Time, Day & Date in < English >.

When I go to Windows icon (left lower corner), Setting, Personal Settings
(as suggested in response above), there is an example of the Default Lock
    screen at Start Up.
However: In the example: Time, Day & Date appear in < Dutch >.

The Default Lock screen at Start Up is in < English > (not correct),
but the example of the Default Lock screen is in < Dutch > (correct).

Any suggestion to solve this issue ?

My default Lockscreen at Start Up is in <English>, the example of the Lockscreen at Start Up however is in Dutch. This screen
can be found via Windows icon (lower left corner), Setting, Personal Settings. The example is in Dutch, the screen presented
    after StartUp is in English.

    Can this be solved ?
I could not find a solotion to solve this.
All "solutions" show how it "should be possible" to solve te problem,
the real problem seems to be different.

    Thks in advance.

    The problem is solved.

    How ?
1/. delete <Dutch> language support and enter <English> language support.
(see window described above in previous answer).
2/. close PC with restart of Windows 10

    Result:
3/. the Lock Screen is shown as before <English>
4/. the example of the Lock Screen (in the window
described in previous answer, mentioned above)
    is shown in <English> too.
==> So the real Lock Screen and the example Lock Screen
==> are the same <English> for now.

5/. change the language to the language you want <Dutch>.
(in the window shown in previous answer on this topic)
6/. close down with restart of Windows 10

==> Windows shows up with the same language <Dutch>
in both the Lock Screen as well as the example of the
Lock Screen in the setup window (see above).

    PS:
If two languages are entered in the setup screen, e.g.
< English> and < Dutch> the Lock Screen shows up
in <English> and the example in <Dutch>, when
    <Dutch> is entered as language.
